1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, it is not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to thoroughly review product details and specifications before completing your purchase. 2. Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds, we may allow exchanges in certain circumstances, such as:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within  7 days of receipt. We may offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact us at ffoclothing22@proton.me with proof of purchase and images of the damaged or defective item.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 so we can arrange an exchange for the correct product.

3. Return Shipping

For approved exchanges, we may provide instructions on how to return the item to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item.
